Swimming Pool Information

With Spring starting this week, we are pleased to provide the following update to the amenities that many of you have had questions about:

Swimming Pools – lap pool and separate pool with tanning ledge is on schedule to open in May

The amenity area around the pool will also feature a playground, neighborhood garden and fire pits with an open grass play area behind the pool area.

There have been questions about the lighting at the entrance, all the monument signs have up lighting in place with the exception of the Bonar entrances which is waiting electrical from CoServe.

There have been numerous questions about the large open area between the two ponds next to FM 1385 – that area is being developed by the City of Celina with a fire station being added there sometime in 2019. We will provide updates as we receive them.

We know everyone is excited about the pool opening and we will be sending out access card information within the next few weeks.
