Call for Candidates

As managing agent of Sutton Fields Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that a Virtual Annual Election Meeting of the Members is being scheduled. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect one (1) member to the Board of Directors, and to discuss normal business of the Association. This notice is to provide Class A Members who are interested in serving on the Board of Directors the opportunity to submit a Candidacy form.
If you would like to nominate yourself, or another Class A Member as a candidate, please complete the enclosed form and return it using one of the methods below. With the format being virtual, floor nominations and write-in candidates will not be accepted during the meeting. Therefore, to have your name placed on the ballot, it is very important that all Candidacy Forms be returned by or before the following deadline.

Shortly after January 25th, 2022, you will be receiving a packet, containing the information for how to register and log into the Annual Election Meeting. Please be sure you are registered on your Association website at www.suttonfieldshoa.com to be able to vote electronically. An electronic vote counts for quorum, which must be met to be able to hold the Annual Election Meeting. If you have any questions, please go to your website, and use the “Contact Us” tab, and someone will respond promptly.
