Amenity Center Poll Results

Hello Sutton Fields Community and Happy Holidays.

We want to thank everyone for participating in the poll regarding the possible construction of an amenity center in our community. The results were tallied, and the community has NOT elected to proceed with this project. The results were:

No – 360 - 61.6%
Yes – 225 - 38.4%

The next steps will be to pay for services rendered, begin project closeout, and regroup to focus on next year’s community initiatives.

Additionally, the 2023 budget must be reviewed and approved in an open Board meeting. This process is underway, and we will be announcing the date for the open Board meeting no later than next week.
