Pool Opening

We’re pleased to announce that the Sutton Fields community pool will officially open Friday, May 23rd. With summer just around the corner, we hope everyone enjoys this amenity while helping to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all.

POOL ACCESS

• The pool is accessed via key card-if you have lost or require a new one, please complete the pool key request form: https://www.suttonfieldshoa.com/homeowner/online-forms/pool-access.aspx
• Unauthorized use may result in the suspension of pool privileges.
•Please note that if you are delinquent, you may have access removed.

KEY RULES & REMINDERS (Full rules are posted at the pool)

• NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY – SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
• Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
• No glass containers, alcohol, smoking, vaping, or loud music is permitted.
• Proper swim attire is required.
• Maximum of 4 guests per household, and guests must be accompanied by a resident.
• No running, diving, horseplay, bikes, scooters, or skates inside the pool area.
• Pool furniture must not be moved or removed.
• Please help keep the pool clean and dispose of all trash properly.
