    1. In This Months Lawn Care Guide
    1. Water Deeply and Infrequently: Watering your lawn deeply but less often encourages deeper root growth, resulting in a more drought-resistant lawn.
    2. Mowing Height: Set your mower to a 1–3-inch setting. It helps shade the soil, keeping it cooler and helping to retain moisture.
    3. Fertilize Properly: Apply the right fertilizer based on your soil’s needs. Fall is a great time to prepare your lawn for the cooler months ahead.
    4. Aerate the Soil: Aeration allows air, water, and nutrients to reach the grass roots, helping your lawn thrive.
    5. Weed Control: Address any weed growth early with pre-emergent to prevent it from spreading and taking over your yard.
