We would like to bring to your attention the increasing number of email scams that are running rampant today. These scams often come in the form of phishing emails that attempt to steal personal information or lead you to fraudulent websites. It’s important to stay vigilant and protect yourself from these threats. Please note the following important information:

Official Communication:

• Emails from Essex HOA Management will only come from emails ending in “essexhoa.com” Examples are listed below:
o Canderson@essexhoa.com
o Kennedy@essexhoa.com
• If you receive an email from any other address, it is a scam and should be ignored or deleted.

What We Will Never Do:

• We will never ask for your login information or passwords via email.
• We will never send suspicious links or attachments that ask you to provide sensitive information.

How to Protect Yourself:

• Always verify the sender’s email address before opening or responding to any emails.
• Do not click on any links or download attachments from unknown or suspicious emails.
