Temporary Road Closure

To the Members of Sutton Fields HOA:

Please be advised that, following coordination with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and the contractor, a mandatory road closure will take place as detailed below. The closure is required by TxDOT to allow the contractor to complete the Mustang Lift Station improvements. After inquiring about potential alternatives to the road closure, management was informed that TxDOT has mandated this closure, and no alternatives are available.

Closure Details

• Location: Northbound Lane of FM1385
• Dates: Wednesday, May 14 and Thursday, May 15
• Times: 9:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. each day
• Subject to Weather Conditions: Work will conclude May 15, weather permitting

Resident Advisory

• Expect traffic delays during the closure period
• Please consider using alternate routes when possible
• Emergency vehicles will retain full access throughout the project

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period of essential infrastructure work. The HOA will continue to provide updates as necessary.
