We hope everyone had a great Summer, and enjoyed the pool season as much as we have. With the season coming to an end, and school starting back up, the pool hours will be moving to weekend hours. Starting September after Labor Day, the pool will be available during weekend hours only. Let’s make the most of what is left and enjoy the poolside. We hope to see all of you next Summer!

The pool will re-open on Saturday, 6/22 at 9am. Due to unexpected maintenance from an issue arising over the weekend, the pool was closed. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Due to unexpected maintenance and heavy storms yesterday, the pool will be closed until further notice. The vendors are working to get the pool reopened as soon as possible. A follow up e-blast and web posting will follow when the pool is reopened.

Please review the attached document with questions and answers driven from the meeting on the HOA meeting on the 16th. We are planning on the pool opening on the 15th of June and Essex is arranging a key card registration and pass out for next week. With Spring starting this week, we are pleased to provide the following update to the amenities that many of you have had questions about:
Swimming Pools – lap pool and separate pool with tanning ledge is on schedule to open in May
The amenity area around the pool will also feature a playground, neighborhood garden and fire pits with an open grass play area behind the pool area.
